Bookings
Patients are required to make a deposit when booking treatments and appointments.

Cancellation of an appointment
In order to confirm an appointment booking, a deposit is required for certain treatments (as stated above). If you need to amend the date of your appointment we politely ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice so that we can re-allocate the appointment. We guarantee that where notification to cancel appointments is given, with more than 24 hours notice, deposits will be refunded or offset against any future treatment required. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment, then unfortunately your deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointment. We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable due to illness or emergencies and we will take account of all valid circumstances.
